Abu Dhabi – Mubasher: Orient Insurance Company said its shareholders approved on Tuesday 20% cash dividends for fiscal year 2016, according to a bourse filing.
Total dividend payout will amount to AED 100 million ($27.22 million) for FY16.
The company’s capital amounts to AED 500 million, distributed on 5 million shares at AED 100 per share.
